EAS International introduces the new STV 2012 (SWAT or SERT) Tactical Vest, this new unit has eliminated the middle zipper like the old paraclete RAV and our old RTV 2010 model, and has a new dual operation feature; you can run without the rapid release pull mechanism, or you can quickly install the rapid release system as desired depending on what your team position requires or just overall preference. Many in the LE field don't like the rapid release pull cord system, some do, now it doesn't matter because you can have BOTH!
